My stay at Casa Uffizi was a good experience. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the Uffizi Gallery and the Piazza Signoria, which made exploring Florence a breeze. However, the door in my room had a bit of a rattle, and the steps were somewhat daunting (I managed to survive!). I had a lovely 3-night stay at Casa Uffizi, feeling right at home thanks to the warm ambiance and excellent location. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable 😴. However, carrying my luggage up the 16 steps to the first floor before accessing the elevator was a bit challenging. The breakfast, although simple, was enjoyable, but I missed having more options since I'm not a coffee drinker.
